These terms apply to all services including phone unlocking, IMEI checks, iCloud/FRP unlocks, digital licenses, and eSIM services.
- Service Description
Carrier Unlock Services
We provide factory carrier unlock services through official channels. Unlocking is performed via manufacturer databases and carrier systems. Success rates vary by device, carrier, and device status (blacklist, contract obligations, etc.).
IMEI Check Services
IMEI information is retrieved from official databases. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee 100% accuracy as data is sourced from third-party providers.
Digital Services
Digital licenses and eSIM services are provided as-is. Compatibility depends on your device and location. All sales are final once services are delivered.
- Eligibility & User Responsibilities
You Must:
- Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
- Provide accurate device and contact information
- Own or have legal authorization to unlock the device
- Ensure device is not blacklisted or reported stolen
- Provide valid IMEI/serial numbers

- Submit orders for stolen or fraudulently obtained devices
- Provide false information or fraudulent payment details
- Abuse refund policies or file chargebacks without contacting support
- Resell our services without authorization

- Service interruptions or technical issues beyond our control
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

United States (DMCA & FCC)
Phone unlocking is explicitly legal under the Unlocking Consumer Choice and Wireless Competition Act (signed into law in 2014). This law amended the DMCA to allow consumers to unlock their phones.
